Conocido también como Patrón Corto o Shortpath, este dispositivo permite que el producto destilado recorra una corta distancia antes de condensarse, minimizando las pérdidas de compuestos dentro del sistema. La Destilación de Paso Corto es un proceso innovador que utiliza la ebullición y condensación, junto con una bomba de vacío para reducir la presión atmosférica en el sistema. Este enfoque disminuye los puntos de ebullición de los compuestos, acelerando el proceso y permitiendo la destilación eficiente de moléculas más pesadas. Características Los componentes son de Vidrio de borosilicato 3.3 .Este material no solo garantiza la ausencia de contaminantes residuales, sino que también proporciona una visualización clara y supervisión integral de todas las etapas del proceso. El Cabezal de Destilación de recorrido corto presenta una configuración adiabática, encapsulado al vacío para evitar el intercambio de calor con el entorno, potenciando así la eficiencia durante todo el proceso de destilación. El diseño de la Trampa Fría permite que ésta actúe como una barrera efectiva, previniendo la entrada de vapores no deseados en la Bomba de Vacío. Esta característica es clave para evitar la emulsificación del aceite y asegurar un rendimiento óptimo a lo largo del tiempo. Con un sistema de agitación magnética integrado, logramos homogeneizar la temperatura de todo el líquido, facilitando una evaporación más uniforme y eficiente. La medición de temperatura en ambas fases, líquida y gaseosa, permite una inferencia precisa y un control efectivo de las fracciones destiladas, mejorando significativamente la calidad de los productos obtenidos. Además, el sistema de control y regulación digital de temperatura cuenta con la tecnología de «corrección PID» para evitar cualquier inercia térmica, brindando una gestión precisa y estable. Las juntas de los componentes están realizadas en PTFE con sellos de O`rings, para optimizar el vacío. Las piezas y accesorios son desmontables y poseen boca de carga/descarga ancha, lo que permite extraer por completo el producto resultante y facilita también el acceso y manipulación para una profunda limpieza de los componentes.
